01 You or your vendor get in touch

Book a complimentary site survey — we’ll work around your appraisal and listing timeline.

02 Site survey & proposal

A stylist visits the property and you’ll have a tailored proposal back within 24–48 hours.

03 Installation, scheduled around your photographer

Most installs take just 2–4 hours, coordinated with your marketing and photography schedule.

04 Styled through to sale

Furniture stays in place for the campaign. We collect once the property sells or the hire period ends.

How It Works

How fast can you turn around a new listing?

Most installs are completed within 2–4 hours once scheduled. We know launch windows are tight, so we prioritise fitting in around your appraisal and photography dates wherever possible.

Can vendors use Pay Later even if we've already agreed on a listing price?

Yes. Pay Later can be arranged at any point before installation — it doesn’t need to be locked in at the appraisal stage.

What if the property doesn't sell during the styling period?

The hire period is 8 weeks for occupied properties and 12 weeks for unoccupied. If it runs longer, an extended hire fee of 10% of the original styling cost is invoiced weekly until sold or taken off market.

Do you work directly with vendors, or through us?

Either. Many agents introduce us at the appraisal stage and we take it from there directly with the vendor — or we’re happy to loop you in at every step if you’d prefer to manage the relationship.

Can the vendor keep living in the property while it's styled?

Yes, with a $300 cleaning fee and a few simple guidelines. We’ll walk your vendor through what that looks like at the site survey.
